This Site is a marketing and information website providing details on the training, resources, events, updates, and related services we provide.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

These Terms and Conditions contain a dispute resolution clause that impacts your rights about how to resolve disputes. Please read it carefully.

Intellectual Property

Except for third-party trademarks, product names, platform names, logos, screenshots, examples, references, or other third-party materials that remain the property of their respective owners, all content published and made available on our Site, and all training materials, resources, frameworks, templates, documents, slides, prompts, exercises, and other materials created or provided by or on behalf of Artificial Intelligence Body of Knowledge Pty Ltd, are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Artificial Intelligence Body of Knowledge Pty Ltd and its affiliates and related companies. All third-party trademarks, product names, platform names, logos, screenshots, examples, references, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this Site or in our training materials grants you a licence or right to copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our materials unless we have expressly agreed to this in writing.

Acceptable Use

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:

  • Violate the rights of other users of our Site; or
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site.

If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site, and to seek remedies for misuse of the Site, misuse of our materials, unauthorised copying, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or commercial use of our materials, or infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement, where permitted by law.

Accounts

If account functionality is made available on our Site, when you create an account you agree to the following:

  • You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
  • All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful, and you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Services, Resources and Materials

These Terms and Conditions govern the services and any related goods, resources, or materials available through or described on our Site.

The services available through or described on our Site may include AI training, workshops, events, updates, resources, consulting, and related services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are paid for in accordance with the quote, proposal, invoice, booking terms, or other written agreement provided for the relevant training, event, or service.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, resources, materials, and any related goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services, resources, materials, and any related goods are as accurate as possible. However, we may update or correct information, descriptions, or images from time to time, and details may be subject to confirmation in the relevant quote, proposal, invoice, booking terms, or written agreement. You are responsible for reviewing the relevant description, proposal, quote, invoice, or booking terms before purchasing or booking any services, resources, materials, or related goods.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order or booking whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order or booking and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid, unless another refund arrangement has been agreed or applies by law. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Customer cancellation, rescheduling, substitution, and refund arrangements may be set out in the relevant quote, proposal, invoice, booking terms, or written agreement.

Payments

We may accept payment by methods made available to you at the time of purchase, booking, or invoice, including credit card, debit card, direct debit, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

When you provide payment information to us or to an authorised payment processor, you authorise the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing payment information, you authorise us or the authorised payment processor to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. If mediation fails, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to arbitration.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Artificial Intelligence Body of Knowledge Pty Ltd agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
