Eligibility:

Entry is open to residents of the following countries aged 18 years or over at the time of entry:
- Australia,
- New Zealand
- Malaysia
- Brunei
- India
- Indonesia
- Japan
- Singapore
- Vietnam
- Thailand
- China
The Promoter’s employees and employees of Nanosec Asia and associated entities and their immediate family members are not eligible.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, SubStack or any other Social Media or Digital Marketing platform.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.aibok.org/nanopulse25-terms-and-conditions.

Prize details:

One (1) winner will receive one (1) full GA - Conference Only pass to the NanoSec Asia Parallel Pulse 2025 Conference which is being held on 24 November 2025 - 25 November 2025 at AICB Centre of Excellence, Jalan Dato Onn, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The prize includes conference registration only and does not include any travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs. Winner are responsible for travel, accommodation and all expenses related to attendance at the event other than the entry ticket as listed above.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash in any circumstances, including if the event is be canceled by organisers.
The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability.
The prize must be used for the NanoSec Asia Parallel Pulse 2025 Conference only and cannot be deferred to future events.

How to Enter:

Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person.

Visit the AIBoK website and submit a request to conduct a free AIBoK AI Readiness Diagnostic from either https://www.aibok.org/cyber or https://www.aibok.org/fsi

All eligible respondents will be automatically entered into the draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and may request proof of completion of entry requirements.

Entry Period

Entries open on Monday 10 November.
Entries close at 08:00 UTC (17:00 Kuala Lumpur, 20:00 Sydney) on Monday 17 November 2025.
Late entries will not be eligible to enter the draw.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

Winners Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected from all eligible entries on Monday, 17 November 2025 at 08:01 AM (UTC) by a panel of three AIBoK experts who will assess all entries (LinkedIn shares and AI Readiness Diagnostic requests) on quality, insight, relevance, and the AI 'sniff test'* with the highest-scoring entry winning and ties resolved by panel consensus.
- *The AI 'sniff test' assesses authenticity and evidence of human reasoning rather than purely AI-generated content.
Winner will be notified by business email, telephone or LinkedIn InMail within twenty four (24) hours of the draw.
If the winner is unable to attend the event they must notify The Promoter in writing via the email address below within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified that they have won.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or is unable to attend the event, the prize may be redrawn. If this happens, the winner will forfeit their ticket and it will be allocated to another participant.

General:

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering into the competition, participants confirm that they are willing and able to attend the event and accept all liability and risk involved in attendance.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed fraudulent, incomplete or do not comply with these terms.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and all terms and conditions without notice including in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The Promoter’s decision in respect to all matters relating to the competition will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as in their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
